Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel, season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic and fry in oil and butter on both sides. Then keep warm.
  2. Sauté the onion, pepper pieces, ham and herbs in the residue. Now pour in the gravy and cream and reduce the creamy sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, a little mustard and a few drops of lemon juice and let the schnitzel steep in it.
  3. Serve with rice, potatoes or croquettes!
