Mix together the oil, salt, pepper and curry powder, marinate the steaks with it and let it steep for at least 1 hour. Then fry the steaks vigorously on both sides in a coated pan or on the contact grill. Cover each with 1 slice of ham, pineapple and cheese and place under the grill for about 15 minutes so that the cheese melts. Serve immediately garnished with a cocktail cherry.
This goes well with vegetable rice, french fries or potatoes.
