- 4 turkey steak (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 slices ham, cooked
- 4 slices pineapple
- 4 slices cheese (Gouda, large )
- 4 cherry (s) (cocktail cherries)

- Mix together the oil, salt, pepper and curry powder, marinate the steaks with it and let it steep for at least 1 hour. Then fry the steaks vigorously on both sides in a coated pan or on the contact grill. Cover each with 1 slice of ham, pineapple and cheese and place under the grill for about 15 minutes so that the cheese melts. Serve immediately garnished with a cocktail cherry.
- This goes well with vegetable rice, french fries or potatoes.
