Ingredients
- 400 g chicken, fried, diced
- 3 slices pineapple, fresh or canned, diced
- 1 can corn kernels
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
- salt and pepper

- For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder, oil and vinegar or lemon juice well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the chicken, pineapple, corn and celery sticks. Mix everything well and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
