  • 5 medium onion (s)
  • 6 slices bacon
  • oil
  • 600 g turkey breast, whole
  • 1 teaspoon broth
  • 250 g cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme
  • Parsley, smooth

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings.
  2. Wash the turkey breast, pat dry, halve once lengthways and then cut into 8 steaks.
  3. Cut the bacon slices into thirds and fry them in hot oil until crispy. Remove and fry the steaks briefly on each side, season with salt and pepper and place in a greased baking dish.
  4. Possibly add a little more oil to the frying fat and roast the onion rings in it until golden. Take out half of the onions and set aside. Dust the rest of the onions with flour, sauté briefly and bring to the boil with 1/4 l water, the cream and the stock for about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meat. Spread the remaining onion rings, bacon and cheese on top. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 °. Garnish with parsley.
