Ingredients

  • 2 pork steak (s), cut into approx. 3 cm from the square. thick slices
  • some salt and pepper
  • a little fat
  • 4 slices bacon, thin
  • 1 large cucumber (s), sliced pickle lengthways
  • 4 slices cheese, raclette
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some pepper, from the mill
  • some chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top heat. Season the steaks with a little salt and pepper, heat some frying fat in a frying pan, and fry the steaks for 3-4 minutes. Take the steaks out of the pan and keep them warm in a gratin dish in the middle of the oven.
  2. In the meantime, briefly fry the four slices of bacon in the same frying pan.
  3. Take the steaks out of the oven, top with the bacon, then the pickles and the raclette cheese. Gratinate in the oven until the cheese melts nicely.
  4. Arrange the steaks on a pre-warmed plate, sprinkle with a little paprika and chives, season well with the pepper mill if you like.
  5. French fries or croquettes or just a salad go very well with it.
