Ingredients
Pork steak on the bone – 2 pcs. (180 g each)
Olive oil for the marinade – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Dried basil – 0.5 teaspoon
Dried thyme – 0.5 teaspoon
Dried rosemary – 0.5 teaspoon
Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Olive oil for frying – 2 tablespoons l.
Salt to taste

How to cook pork steak in a skillet:

In a bowl, mix the garlic, passed through a press, olive oil (1 tablespoon), basil, rosemary, thyme, ground black pepper, freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon.
Dip each piece of steak in the marinade on all sides, leave the steaks in this bowl.
Cover the pork steaks with foil and leave to marinate for 3 hours. Turn the pieces over from time to time.
