Pork Steaks on the Bone, with Cheese

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Pork loin on the bone – 2 steaks
  • Chicken eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Flour – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g

Directions

  1. Rinse pork steaks on the bone thoroughly, dry, beat off with a kitchen hammer. Season the prepared meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Beat eggs with a whisk. Grate the cheese. Add cheese to eggs. Mix well.
  3. Roll the pork steak in flour. Then carefully dip the meat in the cheese and egg mixture. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the prepared steak in hot oil. Fry pork steak on the bone over low heat for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Then turn over and fry in the same way on the other side. So fry the rest of the meat. Pork steaks on the bone with cheese are ready. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
