Pork Chops on The Bone

What could be tastier than well-fried meat? Let’s make delicious pork chops on the bone.

Serving: 4

Ingredients

  • Chops on the bone – 4 pcs.
  • Mustard – 3-4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g

Directions

  1. The ingredients for the pork chops are in front of you.
  2. Wash, drain and beat off the pork pieces.
  3. Grease the meat with mustard and refrigerate for 1 hour. This is to prevent juice from leaking out of the meat during frying.
  4. Preheat a frying pan. Pour in 30 g of vegetable oil.
  5. Fry the chops on both sides in vegetable oil in a hot skillet for 3-5 minutes. At the end of the frying season, season the pork chops with salt and pepper.Serve pork chops hot with pickled onions and sour cucumber. Boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes are good for a side dish.
