Instructions

  1. Wash the steaks and pat dry.
  2. Let the clarified butter get hot in a pan and then fry the steaks on the highest level for 2 minutes. Now turn the meat, remove it from the stove and let it stand for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Finally, salt and pepper.
  3. It goes well with fried potatoes and fried onions.
