Ingredients
- 4 pork schnitzel
- 500 g onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 250 ml white wine
- 2 teaspoons broth, grained
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated

- Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Rinse the schnitzel, pat dry and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel in it. Take out, season with salt and put in one
- Place the baking dish.
- Roast the onion in the frying fat until golden brown. Mix the cream, crème fraiche, white wine, stock and garlic salt together in a bowl.
- Cover the schnitzel with the onions and season with salt and pepper. Then pour the cream sauce over it and finally sprinkle the cheese over the sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20 minutes.
- Serve the schnitzel with mashed potatoes or a mixed salad.
