- Wash the turkey steaks, pat dry and refrigerate. Wash the lime and finely grate the peel, then squeeze out the juice.
- In a bowl made of coconut milk, curry paste, lime juice and zest, soy sauce and chilli flakes, mix together a homogeneous marinade with a whisk.
- Cover and marinate the turkey steaks in the bowl for at least two hours.
- After marinating, take the turkey steaks out of the bowl, drain well and roast in the grill pan or on the grill.
- All kinds of salads or fresh white bread go well with it.
