  1. Rinse and dry the turkey. Cut the turkey meat into medium-sized slices.
  2. Heat the pan, add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil put the turkey. Fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until a light crust forms on the turkey meat. Then transfer the meat to a plate.

  7. Add basil, pour in water (boiling water). Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the turkey and vegetables for 30 minutes.
