- Wash the beans and remove the threads.
- Heat the olive oil, sauté 3 grated (!) Tomatoes and 2 grated (!) Onions in it (approx. 5 minutes).
- Heat the salt, sugar and water, add the beans and cook for about 20 minutes.
- In Turkey, the dish is served almost cold and, in fact, it tastes better when it`s cooled down.
