  1. Take a bowl. Add the sugar with the warm water and dissolve. Then add the yeast and also dissolve. Stir everything. Stir in the milk, oil, egg white, yogurt and salt. Then add the flour and knead the dough until a soft dough is formed (tip: must feel as soft as the earlobes). Now take small pieces of the greetings of a walnut from the dough and roll them into balls. These balls should rise for about 15 minutes.
  2. During this time, peel and dice the onion. Fry in a hot pan. Then add the minced meat and season to taste.
