Turkish Cake Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, milk, butter, baking powder and vanillin in a deep bowl.
  3. Stir and add flour in portions.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the finished dough.
  5. I added some berry jam on top of the dough.

  6. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
  7. Turkish muffin is ready. Gently turn it over onto a plate and decorate it with powdered sugar or any icing if desired.
