Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat. Add the paprika sauce and mix with a little wine or water. Pour 1/4 l water and thicken with the dark sauce powder. Add all the vegetables and heat them up. Finally stir in the crème fraiche. Pour in a little more water if necessary.
  2. In addition, prepare and serve the dumplings (of course you can also make homemade ones, it`s just too much work and too much time for me) according to the instructions on the packet (or leave them cut in the sauce as a pan dish).
  3. Serve with the grated cheese, it will soften the spiciness a little.
  4. Be careful, this dish gets really spicy with the paprika sauce - so take a little less and season it!
  5. Quickly prepared, except for the vegetable chopping - the dumplings can cook while the vegetables are being cut. Also ideal for rewarming.
