Instructions

  1. Cut the lamb into medium-sized cubes and marinate for at least 6 hours with all the ingredients except the onion.
  2. Cut the onion and skewer alternately with the meat.
  3. Grill and serve with flatbread and Ayvar (Turkish eggplant paste) mild or spicy.
  4. If it is more generous, serve rice or bulgur with it.
