For the filling, all ingredients are chopped up in a food processor and mixed together.
You can either let the lamb belly bacon pull the minced meat through the meat grinder directly at the butcher`s or you can cut it very small and add it to it.
For the dough, mix all the ingredients together, knead into a yeast dough and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
You can form small balls out of the dough and roll them out as large as a cake plate.
Now you can put one or two tablespoons of the filling on top and distribute it with a fork.
