Put fresh sheep`s cheese as soft as possible with Turkish cream yoghurt in a blender jar. Drain the dried tomatoes in the seasoning oil and add to the sheep`s cheese. Add tomato paste and freshly squeezed garlic.
Finely puree the Turkish sheep`s cheese cream with a hand mixer and add a little Turkish isot paprika to taste. Salt is not required as the sheep cheese is already salty enough.
Turkish sheep cheese cream tastes very good with fresh flatbread or pan-fried and grilled foods.
