Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach, drain and squeeze out a little more (otherwise the cream will be too runny). Peel and press the garlic. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt as required.
  2. Chill for a few hours until eaten.
  3. Serve with flatbread or baguette. Also tastes great with grilled meat.
