Ingredients
- 4 packs cream cheese
- 2 cups crème fraîche
- 200 g spinach (frozen), chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Thaw the spinach, drain and squeeze out a little more (otherwise the cream will be too runny). Peel and press the garlic. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt as required.
- Chill for a few hours until eaten.
- Serve with flatbread or baguette. Also tastes great with grilled meat.
