Instructions

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil until golden.
  2. Rub bowl with halved clove of garlic. Mix the cheese with the cream until smooth and season with salt, pepper, cayenne, maple syrup and some of the pine nuts.
  3. Peel the turnip, potato and onion. Grate finely, add egg and flour, season and mix everything together. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and use a spoon to spread the mixture in small heaps in the pan. Brown the patties on both sides until golden. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
  4. Serving: Put the goat cream cheese dip in a small bowl and place on a plate, in front of which place the turnip patties.
