Ingredients
- 200 g oat cream cheese
- 1 dash cream
- 2 tablespoon pine nuts
- 3 drops maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g turnip (s)
- 200 g potato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon clarified butter

- Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil until golden.
- Rub bowl with halved clove of garlic. Mix the cheese with the cream until smooth and season with salt, pepper, cayenne, maple syrup and some of the pine nuts.
- Peel the turnip, potato and onion. Grate finely, add egg and flour, season and mix everything together. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and use a spoon to spread the mixture in small heaps in the pan. Brown the patties on both sides until golden. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
- Serving: Put the goat cream cheese dip in a small bowl and place on a plate, in front of which place the turnip patties.
