Ingredients

  • 150 g cream cheese, natural
  • 100 g natural yourt
  • 50 g tomato (s), dried
  • 50 g apricot (s), dried
  • 35 g pine nuts
  • 3 large radishes

Instructions

  1. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without any additional fat until they turn lightly brown. Let cool and chop finely. Grate the radishes. Cut / chop the apricots and tomatoes as small as possible.
  2. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Store closed in the refrigerator.
  4. The radishes can also be left out, but they give the spread a delicious fresh note.
