Quarter the chicken and place on a tray. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Place the quartered potatoes and tomatoes on the tray. Sprinkle the rosemary, basil and oregano over the chicken, potatoes and tomatoes.
Mix olive oil, tomato paste and 1/4 l water and spread on the tray and fry at 180 degrees hot air for about 1 hour, pouring the juice over and over again.
