- A dessert from the 60s and 70s.
- The shortbread biscuits are placed in a flat glass dish / glass casserole dish, broken if necessary.
- Other simple drier biscuits can also be used, but they had to be shortbread biscuits in the original dessert.
- Drain the fruit cocktail in a sieve. Place the drained fruit on top of the shortbread biscuits.
- Cook a custard from the pudding powder, sugar and milk. Pour the pudding over the shortbread and fruit layers and let cool.
- The heat and moisture soften the biscuits, that`s how it should be.
