Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding as instructed. Finally fold in two egg yolks. Let cool down. Wash and clean, defrost or drain the fruit depending on the type. Put in a fire-proof baking dish and drizzle with the rum (if children eat with you, you can of course leave out the rum). Layer a layer of biscuits on top. Put the cooled pudding on top. Beat the egg whites until stiff, place on top and smooth out.
  2. Baked under the grill until the egg whites have turned golden brown. Serve warm.
