Cut the white cabbage into fine strips, wash and drain well. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the lard in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes. Add the cabbage, season with salt and pepper and let it brown for about 25 minutes, stirring constantly.
Put the ribbon noodles in 2.5 liters of boiling salted water and cook for about 15 minutes.
Peel off the meat sausage, cut in half, cut into slices, add to the cabbage with the noodles. Season well with salt and pepper.
