Instructions

  1. Bring the clear vegetable stock to the boil and cook the soup noodles for 1 minute. Take the pot off the heat and let the wiener sausages, cut into slices, sit in the hot soup for 4 - 6 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle portioned soup with chives for serving. Possibly add a baguette.
