Instructions

  1. Salt the milk and bring to the boil. Slowly add semolina, stir until it becomes a firm paste. Let it cool over. Mix in the yolks well one at a time.
  2. Shape long noodles as thick as a thumb, turn in the baked eggs and breadcrumbs and fry them while floating in the shortening.
  3. Arrange the drained hot noodles in plates and pour hot, not so strong, mulled wine over them.
  4. For children, pour hot sugar water or grape juice over them.
