- Salt the milk and bring to the boil. Slowly add semolina, stir until it becomes a firm paste. Let it cool over. Mix in the yolks well one at a time.
- Shape long noodles as thick as a thumb, turn in the baked eggs and breadcrumbs and fry them while floating in the shortening.
- Arrange the drained hot noodles in plates and pour hot, not so strong, mulled wine over them.
- For children, pour hot sugar water or grape juice over them.
