Fry the gyros meat in a pan with a little oil, leave to cool. The onion
cut into fine rings. Wash the cucumber and tomatoes and cut into sticks.
Now best layer everything in a nice glass bowl and distribute on top of each other in the following order: gyros meat, onions, tzatziki, cucumber, tzatziki, tomato, tzatziki, chips.
It`s best to add the chips just before serving, because the salad should sit in the fridge for about 1 to 2 hours.
