Put the skyr in a bowl. Press in the garlic and stir.
Slice the cucumber into a colander or other bowl and squeeze out carefully. (I always do this so that everything doesn`t taste watered down later.) Put the sliced and squeezed cucumber pieces into the skyr mixture. Finally, season everything to taste with salt, pepper, the Greek herbs and possibly a splash of lemon juice and stir well.
A little tip: It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator for another hour, then
