Ingredients

  • 500 g skyr
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon herb mixture, Greek
  • 1 squirt lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put the skyr in a bowl. Press in the garlic and stir.
  2. Slice the cucumber into a colander or other bowl and squeeze out carefully. (I always do this so that everything doesn`t taste watered down later.) Put the sliced and squeezed cucumber pieces into the skyr mixture. Finally, season everything to taste with salt, pepper, the Greek herbs and possibly a splash of lemon juice and stir well.
  3. A little tip: It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator for another hour, then
  4. it tastes even better.
