  • 400 g cucumber (s)
  • 150 g yourt
  • 200 g quark
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dill

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and grate it into fine strips. Mix the yogurt and quark together well. Stir the lemon juice and olive oil into the curd mixture. Season to taste with pepper, salt, fresh, finely chopped dill and garlic. Then squeeze out the cucumber strips well and fold them into the quark without the juice. Let the finished tzatziki soak through.
