  • 500 g yourt, with 10% fat
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Press the garlic cloves and add to the yogurt. Then peel and grate the cucumber and place in a separate bowl. Put the salt on the cucumber and let it sit for a few minutes to get the water out. Then squeeze out the cucumber and add it to the yogurt. Mix everything with pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
  2. It is important that the cucumbers are squeezed out, otherwise it will be too runny. The secret lies in the yogurt, which you can often get in Turkish supermarkets.
  3. Let everything go well and enjoy.
