Ingredients

  • 200 g radishes
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), red
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 200 g natural yourt
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean the radishes and peel off half the red onion, dice both finely. Then mix with the crushed garlic cloves and the spices. Then add everything to the natural yoghurt.
  2. Tip: If you want, you can also fold in some cress.
