Peel the cucumber and then slice it into small pieces / sticks. Then squeeze the water out of the cucumber in a tea towel. Put the squeezed cucumber back into the bowl, add the remaining ingredients (garlic pressed) and stir vigorously. You need a lot of fondor. Season again to taste and refrigerate. Preferably overnight so that it can flow through.
The number of cloves of garlic can vary depending on the intensity. Tastes great with grilled food or just with baguette.
