- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 cups sour cream
- 4 cups yogurt (0.1% fat)
- Fondor

- Peel the cucumber and then slice it into small pieces / sticks. Then squeeze the water out of the cucumber in a tea towel. Put the squeezed cucumber back into the bowl, add the remaining ingredients (garlic pressed) and stir vigorously. You need a lot of fondor. Season again to taste and refrigerate. Preferably overnight so that it can flow through.
