Ingredients

  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoon spice mixture, (Tzatziki spice)

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark and cream cheese in a bowl. Peel and grate the cucumber (grate finely). Press in the garlic cloves and season with tzatziki spice.
  2. Attention: taste gets stronger if the whole thing stops a little! Bon Appetit!
