Classic Cheesecake

A classic cheesecake is a simple dish that doesn’t require much skill. There are many variations of this dessert. Today we will prepare the most delicate cheesecake that melts in your mouth. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Cookies “Jubilee” 300 Gram any other crumbly biscuits can be used
  • Curd cheese “Ricotta” 250 Gram
  • Cream 10% 50 Milliliters
  • Butter 180 Grams
  • Milk chocolate 90 gram
  • Sugar 3-4 tbsp
    without slide

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the products. The oil should be soft.
  2. The cookies need to be ground in a blender.
  3. Pour the crumb into a container, add butter. Stir with a spoon.
  4. Making the base of our cheesecake. To do this, we spread the mass that we have obtained in the form, making low sides.
  5. Next, beat the curd cheese with sugar with a blender. Pour the resulting mass into the mold, evenly distributing it. We put the form in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. * as soon as the cheesecake is baked, remove it from the oven and leave to cool for 40 minutes.
  6. While the cheesecake is cooling, make the chocolate icing. Melt the chocolate and cream in a water bath. You should get a fairly liquid consistency.
  7. When the cheesecake has cooled, pour it with chocolate icing and put it in the freezer overnight without removing it from the mold (otherwise it will fall apart). In the morning we take it out, take it out of the mold (now it can be pulled out very easily), let it melt a little (20 minutes), and enjoy the most delicate classic cheesecake.
