- Mix all ingredients except for the oil in a bowl to form a smooth, pourable dough. Beat the egg lightly with a pinch of salt beforehand.
- Using a large spoon, place the dough in a heated pan with a little oil and bake on both sides. Repeat this until the batter is used up.
- Serve the Oladky warm with Greek yoghurt, fruit compote or jam.
