Ingredients
- 160 g yourt or kefir
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 grams flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
- yogurt, Greek, fruit compote or jam

- Mix all ingredients except for the oil in a bowl to form a smooth, pourable dough. Beat the egg lightly with a pinch of salt beforehand.
- Using a large spoon, place the dough in a heated pan with a little oil and bake on both sides. Repeat this until the batter is used up.
- Serve the Oladky warm with Greek yoghurt, fruit compote or jam.
