- 8 tablespoon sugar
- 2 pinches salt
- 8 tablespoon milk
- 10 tablespoon oatmeal
- 200 g flour
- 500 g natural yourt
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- Oil for the pan

- Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Add flour, milk, yoghurt and oatmeal and stir in.
- Heat some oil in a pan, add the batter to the pan in portions and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Tip: serve with applesauce.
