Ingredients
- 150 g spelled flour (oriinal spelled flour)
- 200 g natural yourt
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g mealworms, dried
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- some oil

- Beat the milk and eggs with a whisk and add the natural yoghurt. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the milk-egg-yoghurt mixture together with the mealworms. Finally fold in the honey and cinnamon powder.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add a small ladle of batter and fry until golden on both sides.
- Enjoy the pancakes with natural yoghurt and fresh fruits of your choice.
