- 260 g wheat flour type 405
- 300 g yourt, 0.1% fat
- 200 g water
- 3 egg (s)
- 60 g suar
- 3 pinches tartar baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- No milk in the house? Not a problem for these pancakes.
- Mix flour, yoghurt, water, eggs, a sachet of vanilla sugar, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt together for at least 5 minutes. There should be no more lumps to be seen. Then let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Bake the batter into pancakes in a lightly oiled or coated pan. I get 4 medium-sized slightly thicker pancakes, which makes 4 servings for me.
- The dough is a little thicker and can therefore be baked thicker, similar to pancakes. The baking powder will make them rise a little more.
- The pancakes have a slightly sour note and of course apple sauce and fruit go very well with them.
- One pancake is about 322 kcal.
- Nutritional values per 100 g approximately:
