Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Add flour, milk, yoghurt and oatmeal and stir in.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add the batter to the pan in portions and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Tip: serve with applesauce.
  4. Good Appetite!
