  1. Put the schnapps, spices and lemon peel in a sealable glass and let it steep for about 4 weeks. Then boil the sugar in 1/2 liter of water until it is dissolved. Pour the schnapps through a paper filter and mix with the sugar solution, fill into bottles and leave to mature for another 4 weeks.
