- Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites, icing sugar and a pinch of salt until stiff and chill.
- Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt with the butter in a saucepan over a low temperature.
- Beat egg yolks, sugar and 1 tablespoon flour until frothy. Then stir in the chocolate and butter mixture and carefully fold in the egg whites.
- Put the mixture in a square, greased form and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
