Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the gyros spice. Halve the cucumber and scoop out the inside with a spoon. Cut the onions into thin rings (this works great with the cucumber cutter). Dice the remaining ingredients and mix everything together in a bowl.
  2. Spread the minced meat on the floor in a flat glass bowl and let it cool down. Then spread a cup of garlic cream over the minced meat.
  3. Now distribute the salad ingredients on top (please drain the accumulated liquid beforehand). Finally, distribute the remaining 2 cups of garlic cream on top.
